Can I cancel my order?
We start processing orders as soon as they are confirmed so we can ship them as quickly as possible. Because of this, we’re unable to cancel orders after checkout. Please double check your order before placing it.
Refund Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on jewelry items. However, you may be eligible for a refund in certain situations.

Important Notes
Because jewelry is a personal-use item, we cannot accept returned products once delivered. Refunds are only available when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@zayelle.shop with your order number, clear photos of the item, and a short description of the issue.
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll email you with an approval or rejection notice. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method and may take up to 2 weeks to appear.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your card provider or bank, as processing times can vary. If you still need help, email us at support@zayelle.shop
