Order Processing
In-stock items are usually processed and shipped within 24–48 hours, or by the next business day.
Personalized items are carefully designed, made, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment. Please allow 6–14 business days for personalized orders to ship.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, remote-area delivery schedules, or other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available, so you can track your package anytime.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
At the moment, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders are paid securely online before processing.
This helps us confirm every order properly, avoid failed deliveries, cancellations, and unclaimed packages, and keep the shipping process faster and more secure for our customers.
Peak Periods & Holidays
During busy times such as holidays, sales, or promotions, processing and delivery may take a little longer. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Invalid or Undeliverable Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If a package cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for reshipping or refunding the order.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Gift-Ready Premium Packaging
All orders are shipped in complimentary gift-ready packaging, with no pricing information or printed receipts included. A digital receipt will be emailed directly to the purchaser.
Throughout the year, we are transitioning from boxes to more eco-friendly and reusable fabric pouches. Your order may arrive in either packaging style.
